Anthropolis Chair Holder, Senior Scientist
Jakob Puchinger is Anthropolis chair holder at IRT SystemX and CentraleSupélec. His current research interests lie in human centered urban mobility, especially in the algorithmic optimization of the underlying transportation systems and its interactions with other urban systems. The Anthropolis chair is 4-year research effort co-funded by industrial partners (Alstom, Engie, RATP, Renault, and SNCF) and the French PIA. Before taking his current position, Jakob Puchinger was head of the business unit Dynamic Transportation Systems of the AIT. Jakob has published more than 50 papers in international conferences, books and journals.
